Terms of use
1. Agreement
These terms are between you and Neutrino ("Neutrino", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Neutrino app, website or community forum, you agree to them and to our privacy policy. Contact: support@neutrino.blog.
2. Who can use Neutrino
You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Each account is for one person. You can be signed in on one phone and one web browser at a time.
3. Not medical advice
Neutrino, including its AI coach, gives general information about food, activity and lifestyle. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or give medicine or dose advice. Do not change your medicines or treatment based on Neutrino. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
4. Plans, payments and coupons
- Neutrino has a Free plan and paid plans (Pro and Family). Features and limits are shown in the app and may change; we will tell you before reducing a paid feature.
- Paid plans are subscriptions billed by Google Play and renew automatically until you cancel in Google Play. Refunds follow Google Play's policies.
- Free trials and coupon codes have the conditions shown when you use them. A coupon can be used once per person and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Family plans include the owner and up to 4 members. Each member has a private account; the owner cannot see members' health data.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse Neutrino: no attempts to break or overload the service, get around plan limits, scrape data, reverse-engineer the app, create accounts automatically, or use it to harm others. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and we will tell you why.
6. Community forum
Posts on help.neutrino.blog are public. Be respectful, stay on topic, and do not post private health details, other people's information, spam or advertising. Moderators may edit, close or remove posts, and threads close automatically after 15 days without activity. Answers from other members are their own opinions, not advice from Neutrino.
7. Your content
You own the data and photos you add. You give us permission to store and process them only to run Neutrino for you, as described in the privacy policy. For forum posts, you give us permission to display them publicly on the forum.
8. Availability
We work hard to keep Neutrino running, but it may sometimes be unavailable. AI answers can be wrong; check anything important.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Neutrino is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
10. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Account settings. Deleting it does not cancel a Google Play subscription; cancel that in Google Play.
11. Changes and contact
